“Anthony Pfluke is a refreshingly bright triple-starred constellation of extraordinary voice, impeccable musicianship, and insightful songwriting.”
-Shane Adams President – Artist Accelerator
Anthony Pfluke has been called Maui’s hottest new talent.
He plays Hawaiian, hapa haole, contemporary, and his own original songs with great passion and verve. Whether playing for an intimate wedding ceremony or a festival audience, his performances are both exhilarating and inspiring. He accompanies his moving vocals with adroit musicianship on ‘ukulele, slack key guitar, and keyboards.
Anthony can be heard at various venues on Maui most nights of the week. See MauiAnthony.com for a full schedule.
Anthony has released two albums: His debut EP called “Never Letting Go” featuring Uncle George Kahumoku Jr., and “Singing to the World: Maui Mele Pana.” This CD/DVD set is a tribute to the beauty of Maui. Connected to the ‘aina, from the steepest cliffs to the sandiest beaches, he honors the classic mele of Maui, while composing his own Maui place songs.
He was commissioned by Kimokeo Kapahulehua to write a song for the launch of Mo‘okiha O Pi‘ilani, Maui’s own traditional Hawaiian voyaging canoe. He is one of the Aloha ambassadors for the Lei of Aloha and has released a single of his “Ku’u Lei Aloha,” the first of two songs he’s written to accompany the Lei of Aloha on its various journeys of healing around the world.

“I first heard Anthony Pfluke while judging the 2013 Ukulele Contest at Hula Grill where he was one of the participants. Since then, I’ve watched his talent grow into one of the shakers and movers of the next generation of Hawaiian music. Since the 2015 Hula Grill Fall contest, I have taken Anthony under my wing and mentored him directly about the business of music, Teaching him Hawaiian Songs and Slack Key guitar. In return, Anthony and his mom Anastasia come to our farm and help us plant, water, weed, mulch and fertilize over 200 varieties of fruits, veggies, herbs, and plants in our farm. Anthony has also participated on stage with me at several community events and has covered some community gigs for me as well. He tries very hard, has a great voice, and is serious about his music and learning. His greatest asset is his enthusiasm for having fun and his “Hiki No” or “can do” approach to life and his ability to create great music. It is an honor to mentor him. Sometimes I forget that he is still a 15 year old because he already plays and sings like a pro.”
“We had the pleasure of witnessing the stellar talent of Anthony Pfluke at our Hawaiian cultural event, Moku’ula by Moonlight in Lahaina. Already an artist to be watched, Anthony exudes professionalism and outstanding musicianship on stage. His songs emerge from the soul as further proof that aloha comes from within.”

“We loved the way you taught including the different strums and the runs and specific solo. Learned so much from just one song.”
